Cecilia holds a degree in Psychology from Universitat Abat Oliba CEU, with a specialization in People and Business Management.
She began her career in Human Resources in 2024, working as a Recruitment Intern at a company in the dental sector. She later moved into recruitment consulting, taking part in selection processes across industries such as retail, hospitality, pharmaceuticals, real estate, and SaaS, among others.
In 2026, she joined Euromanager as a Consultant. She is fluent in Catalan, Spanish, and English.
