Mariana holds a degree in Business Administration from IE University, where she specialized in Strategy and Business Transformation. She also completed an exchange semester in the Master in Finance
Program at EDHEC Business School and is currently pursuing ThePowerMBA and ThePower AI.
She began her professional career in executive search and advisory at Heidrick & Struggles, supporting talent mapping, market research, and candidate identification across various industries. She also has entrepreneurial experience as the founder and manager of a consumer goods startup, as well as diverse university projects in strategy, marketing, and business development.
In February 2026, Mariana joined Euromanager as a Junior Consultant.
Mariana is a native Spanish speaker and fluent in English.
