Pablo Alba holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the Pontifical University of Comillas ICADE.

He began his career at Deloitte in Financial Auditing and later specialized in strategic consulting at Axis Corporate (part of Accenture), participating in business transformation projects in the real estate sector. Later, he joined the real estate developer Culmia (Oaktree Capital Management Group), where, as Head of Strategic Projects, he led key initiatives for growth, optimization of the company’s structure, and business transformation.

Subsequently, he served as Assistant to the CEO at Effic (Blackstone Group), where he drove the development of the business plan and the management of strategic accounts, contributing to the company’s growth and market positioning.

In March 2026, he joined Euromanager as a Consultant, where he brings a combination of strategic vision, execution capabilities, and deep business knowledge.
