Mariano Ballesteros

Mariano graduated in Law and Political science and Sociology from the Complutense University of Madrid. He has an MBA from Instituto de Empresa. He is certified as a counselor by the Institute of Directors and administrators I-CA and Master in mediation, arbitration and Compliance Asemed and Aenor.
Mariano has more than 25 years’ experience as Chief People Officer and Legal & Compliance Director in different international companies and several sectors, such as the Pharmaceutical, Industrial, leisure/Tourism, Renewable energy or Food Industry. He has worked in companies such as Bristol Myers Squibb, Tupperware, Europcar, Gestamp (GRI) or Natra. He is also HR Mentor in the Endeavor Foundation.
Mariano joined Euromanager as Director in 2019.
He speaks Spanish, English and French.
