AGREEMENT BETWEEN AMMDE (Executive Women Association) and EUROMANAGER
We are especially excited to announce that AMMDE (Executive Women Associaton) and Euromanager have recently signed an agreement which main objective is to promote female talent and support executive and entrepreneur women, in a context of increasing incorporation of women to C-Level positions and Boards of Directors.
At Euromanager we are strong advocates of the crucial role of women in organizations and, in particular, at the middle and senior levels of management. We observe with interest and satisfaction the growing value that our clients place on equality criteria in teams, management committees and boards; equality always on the basis of talent, as a must. Currently – and it is an unstoppable trend – the connection of companies with their environment is increasing, as is the demand of society with respect to sustainability and social policies. In this framework, the teams, the management and the governance of the companies must be a faithful reflection of a modern, open, egalitarian and sensitive society with all groups. Undoubtedly, the new labor paradigm we are living in, in which company-employee relationship models are being redefined and which enables – and even encourages – teleworking and flexibility, will help us move towards greater and better participation of women in the decision-making teams within companies and towards a more balanced development of successful professional careers for men and women.
In this context, EUROMANAGER participates as a speaker in the 1st Women and Compliance Conference, which is held on Friday, March 12, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and is organized by the General Directorate of Equality of the Comunidad de Madrid, together with the Spanish Compliance Association (ASCOM).
