He holds a law degree and a Master’s in Legal Practice, as well as a Master’s in Human Resources Management from EAE Business School.
He began his professional career as a lawyer at a boutique law firm before shifting his focus to executive search in 2017. For nine years, he was part of a leading international firm where he built a career that led him to become a Principal in the Executive Search division, working closely with clients on inorganic growth, transformation, and critical decision-making.
In 2026, he joined Euromanager as a Director.
Jorge is fluent in Spanish and English.
