Silvia holds a degree in Business Administration from CUNEF. She completed her postgraduate studies with an MBA in Fashion Management.

She started her professional career in an executive search boutique as a Consultant, specialised in direct search and working on strategic HR consulting projects.

After that, she joined LLYC as a Talent Management Consultant covering Spain and Portugal.

Since 2021 in Euromanager as a Senior Consultant.

Silvia is fluent in English and Spanish.
